All notes created within the application remain stored locally on your Android device.

This includes:

• Note titles
• Note content
• Creation timestamps
• Update timestamps
• Pinned status
• Archived status

Notes are stored using local application storage in a private JSON file located inside the application's internal storage area.

Storage Location: context.filesDir/notes.json

This file is private to the application and is not accessible by other applications under normal Android security restrictions.

• No note content is uploaded to SKILL THEM ALL.
• No note content is synchronized to any cloud service.
• No note content is shared with third parties.

C. Application Settings

Application preferences are stored locally using Jetpack Preferences DataStore.

This may include:

• Dark mode preference
• User interface settings
• Application preferences

These settings remain stored only on the device.

2. BACKUPS AND EXPORTS

The application may allow users to export and import note backups.

Exported backup files:

• Are created only when requested by the user
• Are stored only in locations selected by the user
• Are never automatically uploaded

Imported backup files:

• Are processed locally on the device
• Are not transmitted to external servers

Backup data remains under the user's control.

3. INTERNET ACCESS

The application functions without an internet connection.

All note management features remain operational while offline.

Internet connectivity is used only for Firebase services when available.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The application uses the following Google Firebase services:

Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analytics helps us understand general application usage and improve the user experience.

Examples of analytics events may include:

• Application launches
• Note creation events
• Note update events
• Note deletion events
• Note archive events
• General feature usage statistics

Firebase Analytics does not intentionally collect note content.

Firebase Crashlytics

Firebase Crashlytics helps us identify and fix software issues.

Crash reports may include:

• Device model
• Android version

Firebase Crashlytics does not intentionally collect note content.

The only external processing performed is through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics as described above.

Skill Them All Notes does not display advertisements.

The application does not use advertising SDKs.

7. DATA RETENTION

Because note data remains stored locally on your device, you control how long data is retained.

You may:

• Edit notes
• Delete notes
• Archive notes
• Restore archived notes
• Export backups
• Delete backups

Uninstalling the application or clearing application data may permanently remove locally stored notes and settings.

8. SECURITY

Android protects application data using application sandboxing.

Additionally:

• Notes are stored locally
• No cloud storage is used
• No online note synchronization is performed
• No account database exists

We recommend protecting your device using Android security features such as:

• Device PIN
• Password
• Pattern lock
• Fingerprint authentication
• Face authentication

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Skill Them All Notes does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the application does not require accounts or collect personal information, it is generally suitable for a broad audience.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document.

The latest version will remain available within the application and on our website.
